diced rhubarb, about 10 oz or 2-3 stalks

diced strawberries, about 12 oz

1/2 cup

sugar, adjust to taste

1 tbsp

lemon juice

4 tbsp

tapioca or corn starch

For galette or rustic tart option

egg, whisked to be used as egg wash

1 tbsp

sugar to sprinkle on crust
