Large sweet potatoes peeled and sliced into thin rounds (approximately 1/4")
It was healthy but filling. Delicious on its own or with some hot sauce. I might try broccoli next time instead of Brussels sprouts. And I forgot to put the nutritional yeast in and it was still good. Though I will say i still would recommend the yeast for extra flavor.
