Large onion or 2 small (sliced thin)
Large sweet potatoes peeled and sliced into thin rounds (approximately 1/4")
It is a lot of steps but worth it. It was delicious and will be made again in this house!
It was healthy but filling. Delicious on its own or with some hot sauce. I might try broccoli next time instead of Brussels sprouts. And I forgot to put the nutritional yeast in and it was still good. Though I will say i still would recommend the yeast for extra flavor.
