Cinnamon Toast Ice Cream

i use vietnamese cinnamon. i love its aromatic intensity. i buy it at my local bulk grocery but you also find it online

i took of the bread cubes and made them into crumbles

the ice cream is very rich. i might reduce to eggs next time. and perhaps reduce the granulated sugar by 2 t since the 2 t brown sugar used

sandwich bread

2 ozs

butter

2 Ts

brown sugar

1/2 t

cinnamon

egg yolks

1/2 C

granulated sugar

1/4 t

molasses

1 pinch

salt

1 C

heavy cream

1 sticks

bring milk and cinnamon to a slow boil. remove from heat

cut bread into

return milk to a boil
