pour the batter into the pan and bake

cool bread in baking pan minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool

after you poke the holes brush the bread

in a bowl whisk the powdered sugar and lemon juice until it is the right consistency. i added the lemon juice at a time until i achieved the right consistency
