refried beans
8 ozs
cheese

brown the ground beef. add taco seasoning and simmer

spread the refried beans down the center of the tortilla

fold over the sides of the tortilla and then the ends

freezing beef and bean burritos

roll each burrito in cling wrap and place in a ziploc bag store in your freezer

to reheat: remove the cling wrap and place burritos in the microwave
