pink himalayan or kosher salt

honey for sauce

reduced sodium organic soy sauce I use Tamari, for sauce

1/8 tsp

crushed red pepper flakes optional if you like a bit of spice, for sauce

1 cup

rice of choice I used Jasmine, for fried rice

2 tbsp

sesame oil for fried rice

carrots thinnly sliced, for fried rice

frozen peas for fried rice
