chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup
cilantro leaves

Zucchini noodles:

spiralized zucchinis

olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
kosher salt
To assemble:
Grated carrots
Grape tomatoes, sliced
Persian cucumbers, sliced
