NOTES
Prep time more like 20-25 min. Cook time 35 min. Cool time 10 min. Total 1 hour 10 min. Maybe do slightly less pepper so it doesn’t have such a kick to it (too spicy for girls)

Definitely triple the recipe. I used 1.5 lbs of beef and tripled most of the rest. I added celery and no tomatoes or tomato sauce. It was absolutely delicious!
