Canola oil or cooking spray

reduced sodium or gluten-free soy sauce

1 tsp

prepared wasabi paste

2 tsp

minced shallots

1/4 cup

white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc)

2 tbsp

whole milk

2 tbsp

unsalted butter

fresh baby arugula
