Muy sabroso! Easy and delicious.
Loved this! Turned out great and used it as a topping for tostadas paired with a quick burrito sauce I found on Google. I only made 1 lb and it was good for 6 tostadas. Will make more and see how it freezes. Definitely a favorite!
