dark robust maple syrup

4 oz

bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

unrefined salt and black pepper to taste (omit pepper for elimination AIP)

2 tbsp

fat of choice (lard, extra virgin olive oil , ghee, bacon grease, etc.)
