heavy cream, divided

1 tbsp

sugar

whole pasteurized eggs

pasteurized egg whites

1 1/2 cups

heavy cream

1/2 cup

smooth peanut butter

3 tbsp

Powdered sugar

1 tsp

vanilla extract

3 oz

semi-sweet Baker’s chocolate, chopped

1/2 tsp

Vegetable oil

crushed oreos

Raspberries/strawberries etc. ((optional but highly recommended))
