red-wine vinegar

fresh lemon juice

walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped

2 cups

seedless red grapes (halved if large)

celery stalks, thinly sliced

2 tbsp

fresh mint leaves, chopped

fresh mozzarella cheese, cut in chunks
