INGREDIENTS

or 2 1-2 pound pork tenderloins (See note)
1 tbsp
oil
2 tbsp
fresh lemon, lime, or orange juice (or 1 tablespoon of each)
2 tsp
Italian seasoning
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
smoked paprika (optional but highly recommended)
1/4 tsp
black pepper
NOTES
Did 1/2 Italian seasoning and 1/2 cumin. Did as a dry rub and seared in cast iron skillet 2 min each side. Added juice from 1 orange then baked at 400 for 10 min, turned over then baked til 160 degrees (about 12 more min). Added a little more orange juice about half way through. Let meat rest and added 2 T. butter and rest of juice from 2nd orange to deglaze pan and make sauce. Everyone would like more sauce so next time try doubling oranges?
