Large (4 lb) spaghetti squash (makes 6 1/2 cups cooked)
grated cheese for topping (optional, omit whole30)
I liked the ease of the recipe and cooking it all together but the sauce definitely needed more seasoning. I may also beef it up with more veggies next time too.
