Yum! It was a lot of effort (and dirty dishes) but had a great taste! We would salt the meat next time and maybe add more vinegar to the sauce. But a great blend of heat and sweet that everyone liked.

Simple and a great combo of sweet, sour, and heat. I like it best with a little salt on the cooked pieces of chicken and with more vinegar than the recipe calls for. Definitely a winner.
