How to Make Butter

INGREDIENTS

it's an amazingly short process and so much fun to watch the cream do it's thing -

if i was going to make my own butter

1 can

even butter and bread is my personal version of heaven. and the only thing i say the first bite of rolls slathered in melting butter is... hallelujah

2 cups

heavy cream

1 pinch

two of salt

pour 2 cups of heavy cream into a food processor

put on high

after 2 minutes you will see that the cream has into butter milk and curds

pour off the liquid

pour out liquid

again add

pour off any remaining liquid

place butter into strainer

gently press butter down

put in a bowl

add salt

14. you can also add any flavourings desired - try chives

by "rinsing" the curd

wrap your freshly made butter in plastic wrap and roll into a log shape

replace lid and turn pulse 4 times
