tamari (or soy sauce if not gluten free)

coconut sugar (or sweetener of your choice)

1 clove

garlic (finely grated or crushed)

1/2 tbsp

fresh ginger (finely grated)

chilli flakes (optional)

spring onion ((scallion) finely sliced)

Large handful of coriander ((cilantro) roughly chopped)
