butter

chicken bouillon granules

bell pepper

precooked bacon chunks

peel and cut potatoes into chunks
1 serving
bring water
1 Tbsp
oil until tender. add to potato mix
1 serving
place into pressure canner. fill canner half way
1 serving
the soup base has a tinge to it due to the chicken bouillon
1 serving
make a roux out of 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour. sprinkle some cheese and chives on top to serve
