coconut cream (or double cream)

Zest of 1 orange

Zest of 1 lemon

nuts and dried fruits, any combination (I used 1 ½ cups whole almonds, 1 ½ cup walnuts,  about ½ cup each dried pears, dried cherries, raisins and macadamia nuts)
