home tomatoes

mozzarella cheese

1 slice
peel eggplant and into ½ inch . salt generously

in a x 13 baking dish

bake in a degree oven

your eggplant into

grate the mozzarella cheese and set aside

paper towels

in three plates place flour seasoned

dredge in eggs

fry eggplants in smoking peanut oil until golden brown on both sides

spread a amount of sauce on the bottom of your pan. layer eggplant

cook in a 400 degree oven
