Too complicated for such a mediocre dish. It makes a huge mess in the kitchen and to me it just isn’t worth it for how “meh” it was.
It wasn’t that great and felt like a lot of work
Loved it, but probably a bit too much sauce. Next time I’d drain off some of it and serve on the side.
