psyllium husk powder

baking powder

add in eggs and mix until blended
1 serving
add in water and stir vigorously until a wet dough is formed
1 sheet
place on a lined cookie and form into a loaf

i've also seen this baked in a pan. i'm assuming you will have to grease if choosing to use a loaf pan
