INGREDIENTS

i set to work to create the perfect healthy chicken noodle soup recipe - and i succeeded

healthy chicken noodle soup recipe

1 small

onion

optional: celery

1 clove

garlic

1/4 tsp

ground sage leaves

1/4 tsp

ground thyme

salt and pepper

2 cups

chicken stock

100 gs

your favourite noodles

1/2

chicken breast

1 tsp

optional: butter/margarine

next add in your sage

1 serving

add in your noodles and chicken stock and bring to the boil

1 serving

allow to simmer until your noodles are and your soup reaches your desired consistency

allow to cool before storing in a sealed in the fridge

this soup also freezes really - just pop the soup in a zip lock and freeze
