Salisbury Steak Bake

INGREDIENTS

ground beef

onion

1 Dozen

sauteed portobello mushrooms also sauteed

4 cups

potatoes made how you like

pack of onion soup mix

1 cup

water

1 tbsp

cornstarch

1/2 cup

cream

1 cup

cheddar cheese

1 serving

salt and pepper

1 serving

cook up your ground beef

1 serving

add your onion soup pack and water in the pan

1 serving

slowly add cornstarch whisking

1 serving

when soup mix has thickened add cream and stir

place into a baking dish

place potatoes on top in a crust - press gently

sprinkle cheese on top. place in an oven at
