water

rice

arugula

1 cup

pomegranate seeds

whisk dressing ingredients together in a bowl

bring 3 cups of water to a boil. add rice and bring back to a boil. cover and let simmer

allow the rice to come to so it doesn't wilt the rest of the salad ingredients
