mince Garlic, Cloves

Soy Sauce
3/4 cup
Water
3/4 cup
Brown Sugar
1 cup
grated Carrots
green onions, for garnish
NOTES
Velvet very thin cut beef. Wash off baking soda, and do not add corn starch.
