crock pot roasted chicken and chicken stock

1/2 small bag
baby carrots

celery

wash the chicken and remove anything from the cavity

place the onion

place the chicken on top of the veggies and season

set the crock pot on high

remove chicken and place on a cutting board. leaving the veggies

in a chicken recipe. it should be moist and flavorful

place all unused bones and chicken back into the crock pot along

strain stock from bones and veggies into a bowl and let cool down

i usually use my muffin tin to freeze the stock in
