Radish Hashbrowns

INGREDIENTS

i'm not a big fan of radishes but people were raving them so i had to give them a try. they are delicious and really don't taste like radishes

1 small bags

first wash your radishes. i used two of them

heat olive oil over heat. add the radishes and onion. saute and add spices. keep stirring it all around in the pan

continue stirring and cooking them until they are golden brown. serve immediately

thinly up the radishes. heat olive oil in pan. saute radishes and onion
