boil the potatoes

mix corn starch in of water until smooth. keep aside
1 stick
heat oil in a non pan on heat
1 serving
add garlic & salt and saute until the garlic is brown in color
1 serving
add potatoes & chilli flakes. mix & cook till the sauce becomes enough to coat the potatoes

transfer to a bowl. garnish
