instead of popping another b pill we turned to mother nature's multi-vitamin beef to do the trick

1 1/2 lb

flat iron steak

1/2 cup

soy sauce

1/4 cup

beef broth

2 tsp

brown sugar

2 tsp

corn starch

peppers

3 tsp

olive oil

2 cups

as much rice as you would like

1 medium

add your oil to a saucepan and begin heating on
