INGREDIENTS

nausea pops. the perfect pregnancy ice lolly

3 cups

strawberries

1 cup

blueberries

1 cup

apple juice

1 cup

either water/ coconut milk / almond milk

2 Tbsps

honey

1 Tbsp

ginger - has been found to reduce nausea and vomiting

bananas - bananas can help restore potassium

1 tbsp

lemon juice - lemons contain neutralizing acids that help create bicarbonates in the stomach which can relieve nausea and also heart burn

wash and chop fruit and add to blender.

add remaining ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth.

pour into ice lolly moulds/ out yoghurt pots/ cups

freeze and they are ready to enjoy
