For the frosting::
1 1/2 sticks
unsalted butter, at room temperature 2/3 cup cocoa powder 3 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup coconut milk, plus more as needed 1 teaspoon coconut extract 1 cup toasted coconut (see note above)
