carob powder you could substitute cocoa powder if you prefer

1 1/2 Tbsps

honey

bananas broken into chunks

6 cups

rolled oats

1 cup

coconut oil i usually do a bit less than this- sometimes as low as

3/4 cups

honey you could also use 1

2 cups

yogurt watered down. i usually do this step

baking powder

1 tsp

salt

1 tsp
