You can use half beef and half pork, or all beef.

Meatball Ingredients:

Asian Glaze Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups
hoisin sauce
1/3 cup
rice vinegar

garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp
brown sugar
2 tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
fresh grated ginger
1 tsp
sesame oil
Garnish:
thinly sliced scallions on the diagonal
toasted sesame seeds
