Spinach-Artichoke Cheese Ball

spinach

artichoke hearts

cream cheese

parmesan cheese

garlic

lemon juice

tortilla chips

place spinach in a clean kitchen towel and out as much water as possible. drain and chop the artichoke hearts

1 large piece

drop mixture onto a of plastic wrap

1 serving

before roll the cheese ball in the cheese and tortilla chips to coat. place on a plate and serve
