For the Tomato Avocado Salsa

heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced

avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped

shallot, thinly sliced

sprigs basil, leaves only, slivered

1 tbsp

extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 tsp

golden balsamic vinegar, I use DeLallo brand

kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
