old-fashioned rolled oats

almond milk

blueberries

1 tsp

ground flax seed

blueberry non fat greek yogurt

honey

in a bowl

in a blender

blend until smooth

cooks note: if you're using berries that have not been

wash berries and spread out on a baking . freeze berries

in a separate bowl combine yogurt and the honey together and stir. add berries and stir until coated
