vanilla Greek yogurt (I used low-fat, or apple flavored)

brown sugar (not packed)

each allspice and nutmeg

ground cinnamon

baking soda

baking powder

1/2 cup

chopped apple (I used Granny Smith + 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice)

1 cup

white whole wheat flour (or all purpose plain white*)

1/2 cup

oat flour (just blend regular oats in the blender)

2 tbsp

brown sugar

1/4 tsp

ground cinnamon
