frozen bananas (about 2 cups of frozen banana chunks)

non-dairy milk*
1/8 tsp
cinnamon

heaping Tbsp almond butter (or another nut butter)
1/2 cup
ice (optional)**
optional: 1 scoop vegan protein powder
* Add more or less non-dairy milk as needed to blend. Using as little liquid as possible will lead to a thicker, more ice cream-like smoothie.
** Adds a frostier consistency rather than purely thick and creamy.
