Homemade Cranberry and Orange Yogurt Muffins

good quality white flour

2 tsp

baking powder

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/2 cup

sugar

eggs

1/2 cup

light olive oil or sunflower oil

1 cup

greek yogurt or labne

2 tbsp

buttermilk

1 1/4 cups

fresh or frozen cranberries (I've also used 1 cup of dried cranberries)

grated rind of one orange (preferably organic)

sugar pearls, or demerara sugar for topping
