Cooked Jasmine rice

1 tbsp

Olive/veggie oil

1/2 large

Onion

3 tsps

Minced garlic

Frozen peas

Frozen carrots

Soy sauce

Boneless skinless chicken breast


NOTES

  • I pre-cooked the cubed chicken in my instant pot the first time I made this and it turned out great! I also scrambled the eggs in a separate pan then added them later.
