test the oil: drop spinkles of flour into the oil

place your meat into the oil and cook until golden brown

turn the meat over and brown the other side

i put my oven on the lowest temperature

gravy is easy……pioneer woman stresses it in her cookbook

after frying all the meat

back into the pan. allow the grease to heat up

now sprinkle flour evenly over the grease
