Cinnamon
1/8 t
Nutmeg
1/4 t
Salt
2 Ts
Cornstarch

Lemon zest
10 cups
Peeled cored and sliced apples
2 Ts
Lemon juice
3 Ts
Butter
2 cans s
Drained pineapple tidbits
NOTES
This will make two pies put 1 1/2 T butter in each pie chop it to dot the apple mixture. After pie is topped cut vents and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
