honey (optional)

1/4 cup

unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder

1/4 cup

all natural peanut butter or nut butter (I prefer Crazy Richard's or Trader Joe's)

1/4 tsp

vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups

cooked quinoa (or whatever yields from 1/2 cup UNCOOKED quinoa)

1 tbsp

shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)

Ground cinnamon (optional)

Sea salt (optional)
