Chocolate Mascarpone Brownies

semi-sweet chocolate

granulated sugar

cocoa powder

mascarpone cheese

vanilla extract

flour

1/4 tsp

remove the bowl from your mixer and gently fold the flour into the batter. pour the batter into your pan and spread evenly

place the pan on a wire and allow to cool completely. once cool you can top

bittersweet chocolate ganache

semi-sweet chocolate

6 tbsp

whipping cream

2 tbsp

butter

1 tbsp

once smooth
