Greek Salad I

head romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped

red onion, thinly sliced

1 6 ounce can

pitted black olives

green bell pepper, chopped

red bell pepper, chopped

large tomatoes, chopped

cucumber, sliced

1 cup

crumbled feta cheese

6 tbsp

olive oil

1 tsp

dried oregano

lemon, juiced

ground black pepper


NOTES

  • I halved the dressing (except the oregano), added some salt and garlic, and added Trader Joe’s gyro meat to make it a dinner. Delish!
