large or 2 small jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed and diced

garlic, minced

ground cumin

dried oregano

1/4 tsp

ground cayenne pepper

coriander

3 cups

chicken or vegetable broth

2 15 ounce cans

cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

15 oz

can white hominy, drained and rinsed
