Mandarin Almond Salad

romaine lettuce

mandarin oranges

long stem green onions

1/2 cup

almonds

2 tbsp

sugar

1/4 cup

red wine vinegar

1/2 cup

olive oil

1 tbsp

sugar

1/8 tsp

pepper flakes

1 serving

ground pepper


NOTES

  • I only use 2 green onions and add 1 cup of diced celery. I also use a small can of drained mandarin oranges. In the dressing, I like to add a drop of Tobasco and parsley flakes.
