It’s not bad. It’s pretty plain with the flavors though. Even with adding garlic and onion salt, it needs something stronger for flavor. It also makes a ton!

I would cut the recipe in half next time. I added 1.5 tsp of dry mustard and did half cheddar and have Monterey cheese. Yum
